At Canada Vitamin Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items are not a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number via email.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached before placing them in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
